We are a social welfare and human development Social Enterprise with the aim to advance African development by dealing with social ills such as lack of education and skills, addressing health issues, reducing unemployment and improving livelihoods of people in impoverished, marginalised and disenfranchised communities in Southern Africa and other African countries.

The vision is to create opportunities for work, training and socio-economic connection for economically vulnerable or marginalised people within the community, including those from difficult life situations, such as victims of abuse and violence. This initiative will help them to use their numbers as economies of scale in order to create products or services that can compete in the market.

This program aims to expose beneficiaries to better professionalism and trading skills or principles required to develop a competitive edge. Overall, they will receive more secure and regular incomes leading to a better quality of life.

Scope Of The Project

The scope of the project involves, planning, developing and supporting various initiatives to achieve the vision. Activities to support this will include coordination, and organising people and resources to create services/products with a larger access to markets, thereby improving the return of interested members. The ultimate goal will be to create a network of more change-makers who will champion change in more communities.

b) The organisation’s secondary objectives will be to:

1.1 Promote access to skills training and opportunities.

1.2 Improve self-esteem, care, love and eliminate vicious cycles of poverty amongst African communities.

1.3 Identify, acknowledge and celebrate African strengths and achievements

1.4 To amalgamate with or enter into suitable strategic alliances with like-minded local and international organisations towards propelling and uplifting African communities
